Premium Quality Sofa
Frame: 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Foam: 10-year warranty against loss of shape and comfort.
Belts: 10-year warranty against breakage.
Springs: 1-year warranty against structural failure.
Standard Quality Sofa
Frame: 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Foam: 5-year warranty against loss of shape and comfort.
Belts: 5-year warranty against breakage.
Springs: 1-year warranty against structural failure.
Economy Quality Sofa
Frame: 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Foam: 2-year warranty against loss of shape and comfort.
Belts: 2-year warranty against breakage.
Springs: 1-year warranty against structural failure.
Please Note:
Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect. Fabric, stitching and paint are not covered under warranty for physical damage and we do not provide a warranty for electrical equipment like speakers, charging ports, electrical lights, or other similar electrical components.

Wooden and Board Items:
Coverage: We offer a comprehensive 5-year warranty for wooden and board items such as sofas, cots, wardrobes, side boxes, dining chairs, dining tables, and similar furniture. This warranty covers structural integrity and material defects.
Termite Damage: Our warranty specifically covers termite damage. Termites are small insects that feed on cellulose, the main component of wood. Termite damage can result in weakened wooden structures, hollowed-out wood, and visible tunnels or galleries within the wood. If your furniture suffers from termite damage, it will be repaired or replaced as per the warranty terms.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover mildew growth on wooden or any type of boards. Mildew can develop due to moisture, poor ventilation, and warm temperatures, and is not considered a defect in materials or workmanship.
Glass Materials: Any type of glass material, including dining glass, teapoy glass, wardrobe glass, or any glass material in furniture, is not covered under this warranty. Glass damage, breakage, or defects are excluded from the warranty coverage.
Compressed Mattress:
The following damages are covered under the warranty
Manufacturing Defects: Cracks, dents, or damage in the foam that occur despite proper use and handling
Sagging/Indentations: Permanent indentations deeper than 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) compared to the rest of the mattress, which do not return to their normal height after proper use. These must be measured on a flat surface
Note: To claim the warranty, customers must provide warranty bill and photo/video evidence of the damage, sent to the WhatsApp number 9526232333 .The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If the mattress is resold, the warranty is void.
Damages Not Covered by Warranty
Warranty does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or customer negligence. The following are excluded
Normal Wear and Tear: Normal softening of the foam or reduction in recovery characteristics (e.g., loss of elasticity), as long as it does not affect the mattress’s pressure-relieving properties.
Sagging/indentations less than 1.5 inches, considered normal wear.
Minor cosmetic issues like discoloration, scuffs, lumpiness, or bunching of materials.
Customer-Caused Damages: Cuts, burns, tears, liquid damage (e.g., spills), or stains (from food, beverages, bodily fluids, etc.).Damage due to improper handling (e.g., mishandling the cover or foam).Damage from placing the mattress on an improper foundation/base (e.g., non-flat or unsupportive surfaces).
Comfort Preferences: Dissatisfaction with the mattress’s feel, size, or performance (personal comfort preferences)
Other Exclusions: Mattresses used for medical purposes (e.g., for hospital patients).Non-standard size mattresses .Resold, used, as-is, or preconditioned mattresses, or those purchased from unauthorized retailers. Accessory products (e.g., pillows, mattress protectors, Bedsheets) are not covered under the mattress warranty.
Note: Stains can void the warranty, as liquids may compromise the foam’s structural integrity. We recommends using a mattress protector.
Warranty Claim Process:
Documentation: It is crucial to keep the warranty paper safe for the entire warranty period. This document serves as proof of your warranty coverage.
Contact: To initiate a warranty claim, contact the WhatsApp number provided on your warranty paper. This ensures that you are connected directly with our customer service team.
Submission: You will need to send a clear photo of the warranty paper, along with photos and videos of the damaged product, to the provided WhatsApp number. This helps us assess the damage and verify the claim.
Confirmation: Our team will review your submission and confirm the warranty claim. Once confirmed, we will proceed with the necessary actions to repair or replace the damaged product as per the warranty terms.
Product Pickup for Repair:
Normal Pickup and Delivery:
Cost: This service is free of charge. There will be no transportation fees for this option.
Timeline: We’ll collect your damaged product within 5–60 days, and in some cases slightly longer, depending on our delivery schedule in your area. After repairs, it will be returned within a similar timeframe (5–60 days or more). We appreciate your understanding.
Fast Pickup and Delivery: Cost: Transportation charges apply for this expedited service. The charges will be calculated based on the distance (in kilometers) for both pickup and delivery.
Timeline: We will collect your damaged product within 1-7 days. This option is suitable for urgent repair needs and ensures a quicker turnaround time.
Warranty Claim Review and Decision
All warranty claims submitted will undergo a thorough review process conducted by our team. Please note that the final decision regarding the validity of the warranty claim will be made solely by us, based on the findings of this review. This decision will take into account the specifics of the claim, the nature of the product issue, and the terms outlined in our warranty policy. The decision will be final and binding. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this process. Only customers who have paid the full amount will receive the warranty; those with any pending balance cannot claim it.
